Paul Abdalla
With more than 35 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, Paul Abdalla brings seasoned leadership, strategic vision, and extensive construction expertise to TSG Properties.
Throughout his career, Paul has successfully managed construction teams and guided projects through every stage of development—from land acquisition, due diligence, zoning, and permitting to budgeting, construction management, and final delivery. He has overseen residential communities, custom homes, commercial developments, and mixed-use projects, consistently delivering quality results while managing budgets, schedules, and complex project teams.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and strong relationships with architects, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and consultants, Paul has earned a reputation for bringing projects to completion efficiently, thoughtfully, and with the highest level of professionalism.
At TSG Properties, Paul leads construction and development operations across the company’s expanding portfolio, overseeing project execution, managing construction teams, and helping bring visionary residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality developments from concept to completion.
